Gina Couture offers South Indian ethnic, festive, and related occasion wear through this website. By accessing the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Product information

We describe fabrics, colours, embellishments, and fits as accurately as possible. Handwork, natural dyes, and photography lighting can cause slight variation from screen to reality—such differences are part of artisanal production and are not defects unless they materially depart from what was offered. Measurements on size guides are indicative; for critical fits (especially bridal), we encourage you to contact us before ordering.

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, offers, or stock availability at any time before we accept your order. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will notify you and refund the amount for that item promptly.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled portion.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout in the method we support. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Chargebacks or payment disputes should first be raised with us so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping and risk

Delivery terms, timelines, and international duties are explained in our Shipping & Payments page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, except where the carrier confirms non-delivery through our investigation.

Returns and exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy sets out eligibility, time limits, and the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges. That policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Gina Couture name, logo, product photography, copy, and site design are protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or misrepresent our content or products without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful activity, harassment, false orders, attempts to breach security, or interference with other users’ access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gina Couture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law or other mandatory rules.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic restrictions, strikes, or carrier failures.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your purchase.
