Our Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Damaged Product?
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product:
- An unboxing video is mandatory (from package opening to product reveal) for us to verify the issue.
- We take utmost care in quality checks, and every product is double-checked before dispatch, so damages are extremely rare.
