How long does it take to receive my order?

All outfits are custom-made and take 10–15 working days to stitch and prepare. After dispatch, delivery takes 1–2 days within Tamil Nadu and 3–5 days for other Indian states. International orders take 10–20 working days.

Do you offer custom fitting?

Yes! Every order is stitched to your exact measurements. After placing your order, our team will reach out on WhatsApp to collect your measurements. You can also share them proactively.

How do I share my measurements?

After placing your order, message us on WhatsApp at +91 86107 26740 with your order number and measurements. You can also refer to our Size Guide for help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide — India, US, UK, Canada, Australia, and more. International shipping starts from ₹2,000 depending on the destination and parcel weight. Contact us on WhatsApp for exact rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. For international orders, we also accept bank transfers.

Can I see the product before it ships?

Absolutely! We offer WhatsApp video calls so you can see your saree or outfit before we ship it. Just let us know when you place your order.

What is your return policy?

Since all outfits are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped, we will gladly exchange or rectify it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided stitching has not begun. After that, cancellation is not possible as the outfit is already in production.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Visit our boutique at 117, 9th Main Rd, Gangai Amman Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600095. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM.
